formatting fat16

Formatting in FAT16

I have a 200 gig hard drive that I am trying to install WIN95 on, however, I don't seem to be able to partition any size larger than 32 megs to format in FAT16. Win95 requires a minimum of 98 megs to install. This is the original version of WIN95 so FAT32 is not an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. This news group is for Vista. The one you want is about ten years ago.
2. FAT16 does not support hard drives anywhere near that large.

This is not a Windows 95 discussion group! It is a Windows Vista group!
FAT16 supports 2 GB per partition. See info at the following:
